  • 100grams feta, crumbled
  • 1/2 bunch coriander, fresh, chopped

Description

If you love the flavours of Turkish pide but are short on time, try this cheat's version with naan breads.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat the oil in a large pan on medium heat and cook the lamb for 8-9 minutes until nicely browned. Stir in garlic, tomato puree and the spices and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 2 of 3

Brush naan breads with oil and place under a hot grill for 2 minutes. Spread each evenly with the lamb mix and sprinkle with feta.

Step 3 of 3

Grill the pides for 2-3 minutes. Serve topped with finely sliced red onion and fresh coriander.
