- 2teaspoons fajita seasoning
- 1teaspoons chilli flakes
- 400grams passata
- 200grams mozzarella, grated

Description
Ready made bases leave more time to create a tasty meaty topping for pizza night.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Place the pizza bases on two baking trays and set aside.
Step 2 of 3
Heat the oil in a large pan on medium high heat and cook the onions and beef mince for 5 minutes. Add the capsicums, seasoning and chilli flakes and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in the passata, reduce the heat and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3 of 3
Divide the mince mixture between the two bases and spread out with a spoon. Sprinkle over grated mozzarella and bake for 10 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
