- 1 medium lime, juice and zest
- 4 wholemeal burger buns
- 60grams gherkins, drained and sliced
- 1 medium red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
- 40grams lettuce

Description
Make your burger extra filling and wholesome with nutty quinoa mixed in.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Cook the quinoa according to pack instructions and drain. Tip into a bowl with the beef mince, mixed herbs and garlic powder and mix well. Form into 4 patties with your hands.
Step 2 of 3
Heat the oil in a large pan on medium heat and cook the burgers for 5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
Step 3 of 3
Whisk the mayonnaise with lime juice and zest. Serve the burgers in buns with lime mayo, gherkins, red onions and lettuce.
