  • 1tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large onion, peeled and diced
  • 400grams pork mince
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 250grams cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 300grams kale
  • 200grams creme fraiche
  • 75grams cheddar, grated
  • 75grams parmesan, grated
  • 50grams breadcrumbs

Description

This cheesy bake is easy, super satisfying and packed with flavour.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Cook the gnocchi in a pan of boiling water for 3 minutes and drain well, reserving 200ml of the cooking liquid.

Step 2 of 3

Heat the oil in a large pan on medium heat and cook the onions and pork mince for 8-10 minutes. Add the garlic, tomatoes and kale and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted.

Step 3 of 3

Add the creme fraiche and half of the cheese along with enough cooking water to loosen. Stir in the gnocchi. Tip the mix into a baking dish, top with breadcrumbs and the remaining cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
