Method
Step 1 of 6
Preheat BBQ/Grill high.
Step 2 of 6
Thread the beef, pineapple and capsicum onto 6 skewers.
Step 3 of 6
Brush or spray skewers with oil.
Step 4 of 6
Sprinkle over MasterFoods™ Lemon Pepper Seasoning.
Step 5 of 6
Cook for a few minutes on each side for medium beef for the final minute of cooking sprinkle over more MasterFoods™ Lemon Pepper Seasoning for extra flavour.
