For the sauce
  • 150grams tuna, drained
  • 10grams anchovies
  • 8tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1tablespoons lemon juice
  • 400grams cooked turkey
  • 1tablespoons canola oil
  • 1/2teaspoons salt
  • 1teaspoons cracked black pepper
  • 1tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 medium olives, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium gherkins, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium red onion, peeled and chopped

Description

A quirky take on a traditional Italian dish with intense flavours.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Heat up a non stick pan with the canola oil and fry the carrots, celery and onion for 7 minutes. Add the sliced turkey and seasoning to the pan and continue to cook for a further 5 minutes.

Step 2 of 2

While everything is cooking, add all the sauce ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and set to one side. Now serve the turkey and veg with the sauce drizzled on top with a garnish of parsley.
