Method

Step 1 of 3

Combine the butter, parsley and salt in a small bowl and set aside.

Step 2 of 3

Boil corn in pot of water for 3 to 5 minutes, uncovered. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 15 minutes.

Top with parsley, parmesan and a squeeze of lime, serve.
