  • 1tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1teaspoons superfine sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh horseradish, peeled and grated
  • 1tablespoons white wine vinegar

Method

Step 1 of 2

Whip the cream, mustard, and sugar in a chilled medium bowl with an electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form.

Step 2 of 2

Fold in the horseradish, vinegar, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
