- 200grams Macro Organic original corn chips
- 2 cooked chicken breast fillets, coarsely shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo wings sauce (plus 1 tbs extra to serve)
- 1 1/3 cups shredded light tasty cheese
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 340grams Woolworths buffalo style salad kit
- 1 avocado, deseeded, finely chopped
- 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
Description
Cheesy nachos with shredded buffalo chicken, avocado and spring onion. This easy nachos recipe will quickly become a go-to recipe to feed the whole family.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Spread chips over tray to form a thin layer.
Step 2 of 3
Place chicken and sauce in a medium bowl and toss to coat. Scatter chips with half of the cheese, then top with chicken mixture, red onion and remaining cheese. Bake
for 15 minutes or until cheese is golden and has melted, and chips are light golden.
Step 3 of 3
Meanwhile, prepare salad according to packet instructions. Top nachos with avocado, spring onion and extra sauce. Serve with salad.
