- 1 punnet fresh blueberries (or 1 cup frozen)
- 1 1/2 cup Greek-style yoghurt
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1tablespoons honey

Method
Step 1 of 4
Place blueberries and honey in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
Step 2 of 4
Place yoghurt and milk in a medium mixing bowl and stir to combine. Add blueberry purée to yoghurt mixture and, using a large spoon, gently swirl to create a marbled effect.
Step 3 of 4
Pour mixture into popsicle moulds and insert popsicle sticks into the centre of each.
Step 4 of 4
Freeze for 4 hours or until completely frozen.
