Rainbow Fruit Yoghurt Pops

- 1-2 kiwifruit, peeled, chopped
- 1/2 mango, peeled, chopped
- honey (if desired)
- 500grams frozen fresh mixed berries
- 750grams natural Greek-style yoghurt
Method
Step 1 of 5
Place 1 cup of the yoghurt in a bowl. Stir in honey to taste, if desired. Spoon 1 tbs into each hole of 12 x 80ml ice-block moulds. Place in freezer.
Step 2 of 5
Separate berries. Place 1/2 cup of the blueberries and blackberries in a bowl and 1/2 cup of the strawberries and raspberries in a second bowl. Defrost.
Step 3 of 5
purée each fruit (mango, kiwifruit, combined berries) with 1/2 cup of the yoghurt mixture to taste, until smooth. Transfer each mixture to separate bowls. Place in fridge until needed.
Step 4 of 5
Layer each one of the fruit mixtures into moulds, freezing each layer for 30 minutes before adding the next. Insert sticks when adding the fourth layer. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
Step 5 of 5
To remove, dip moulds in hot water.
