- 500grams large ripe plums, destoned

Method
Step 1 of 3
Place plums in a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2 of 3
Place coconut cream in a small jug and whisk until smooth.
Step 3 of 3
Pour one-third of the plum puree, refrigerating the remainder, into each mould. Freeze for 1 hour or until firm. Pour half the coconut cream over plum puree in moulds. Insert sticks as needed. Freeze for 1 hour or until firm. 4.Repeat process with remaining plum puree and coconut cream. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight or until frozen. Remove from moulds and serve immediately.
