Description

A healthy treat for adults and kids, a fun quick dish.
Instruction tip
You can also alter sweetness by adding more or less mango or try different frozen fruits. If dairy isn't an option I imagine coconut yoghurt could be used instead of traditional dairy.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Prepare stick mixer with above ingredients. You can alter the sweetness by adding more vanilla bean Greek yoghurt or less. You can use fresh mangoes but as an alternate we use Woolworths frozen mango pieces.

Step 2 of 4

Once yoghurt, mango pieces and a dash of cinnamon have been added to the stick mixer, blend until you like the consistency. We generally go for a smooth paste.

Step 3 of 4

Fill your icy poles with the mango lassi mixture.

Step 4 of 4

Freeze overnight if possible. Pull out of icy pole cup and enjoy.
