- 600milliliter thickened cream
- 5 black plums, sliced
- 1teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 395grams condensed milk

Method
Step 1 of 5
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a shallow baking dish with baking paper.
Step 2 of 5
Toss together plums, caster sugar and cinnamon and transfer to baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes or until softened.
Step 3 of 5
Remove from oven and transfer to blender. Blend until smooth. Set aside.
Step 4 of 5
Whip cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold through condensed milk and 3/4 of the plum purée.
Step 5 of 5
Place mixture into a 20cm square container. Marble the mixture with remaining plum purée using a spoon to swirl through. Cover mixture and freeze for four hours or until set (see tip).
