Description

Everybody loves sweet and juicy barbecued prawns. These succulent seafood jewels are served with an easy mint and mango salad.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Combine mango, onion, cucumber, mint and lime juice in a small bowl.

Step 2 of 2

Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill pan over high heat. Grill prawns and lime halves, cut-sides down, for 4 minutes, turning prawns halfway, or until prawns are cooked through and lime is charred. Place prawns on a platter and scatter over extra mint. Serve with mango salsa and lime halves.
