  • 4tablespoons Maille Mustard Wholegrain
  • Elephant In The Room Chardonnay
  • 12 large prawns
  • 2tablespoons olive oil
  • 1tablespoons Mckenzie's Rice Flour

Method

Step 1 of 4

Place the prawns in a bowl.

Step 2 of 4

Sprinkle the rice flour over them evenly.

Step 3 of 4

Smear with the Maille Wholegrain Mustard or Maille Dijon Mustard all over.

Step 4 of 4

Cook on a hot BBQ whilst brushing oil over them, serve hot with a squeeze of lemon or Maille Dijon mustard.
