- 1 medium orange, keep the zest and juice
- 3tablespoons maple syrup
- 1tablespoons cinnamon
- 40grams flaked almonds
- 1/3 cup whipped cream
- 1teaspoons vanilla extract

A delicious and warm dessert with seasoned whipped cream.
Method
Step 1 of 5
Pre-heat the oven to 190°C/170°C fan-forced.
Step 2 of 5
In a small baking tray, place the peaches skin side down.
Step 3 of 5
In a bowl, mix together the orange, zest, maple syrup and cinnamon.
Step 4 of 5
Cover the peaches with the sauce and bake in the oven for 25 minutes. You can baste the peaches with the juices if needed halfway.
Step 5 of 5
Just before the peaches are ready to serve, whip the cream with the vanilla and serve on top of the peaches and top with flaked almonds.
