Description

This berry and mint compote recipe combines juicy seasonal berries with zesty orange and aromatic cinnamon. Delicious served with a dollop of yoghurt.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Place the fruit, cinnamon stick and orange rind and juice in a small saucepan and simmer gently for 12-15 minutes.

Step 2 of 3

Remove the cinnamon stick and leave the compote to cool for 3-4 minutes, then stir in the mint.

Step 3 of 3

Serve with dollops of natural yoghurt, if liked.
