Description
Fresh cranberries are easy to buy in winter, so try using them to make this delicious, fresh cranberry sauce.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Put the cranberries in a small, heavy-based pan, and cover them with the orange juice and port. Add the sugar.
Step 2 of 2
Bring the liquid to the boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook over a low heat for 10 minutes, until the cranberries have softened and burst, and the mixture has thickened and reduced.
