  • 190grams Woolworths all butter croissants
  • 1/4 cup double thick custard
  • 193grams apple slices pie fruit, drained
  • 1teaspoons cinnamon sugar
  • 1tablespoons flaked almonds
  • 1/2teaspoons icing sugar mixture

Description

With a sweet apple and cinnamon filling, these flaky croissants make the ultimate brunch treat. Pair with a cuppa for a delicious and satisfying start to your day.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 165°C/145°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2 of 3

Split croissants and place on tray. Dollop the base of each croissant with a little custard. Top with canned apple and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Sandwich with croissant lids. Sprinkle with flaked almonds.

Step 3 of 3

Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and crisp. Dust with icing sugar. Serve.
