Description

A creative twist on the classic Italian dessert that combines cold espresso coffee, creamy thickened cream and rich Nutella in individual servings for an indulgent experience.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Divide cream among two bowls. Whisk one bowl until soft peaks form and set aside. Add coffee and sugar to remaining cream and whisk until soft peaks form.

Step 2 of 2

For each pot, spoon 1 heaped tsp Nutella® into 1 small espresso glass, brushing sides of glass to coat. Repeat to line 6 glasses in total. Spoon coffee cream and plain cream alternately into each glass. Sprinkle with hazelnuts and chocolate. Serve.
