Description
Savour the flavours of fresh spinach and creamy ricotta cheese in a flaky, golden croissant. These easy-to-make savoury treats will leave you craving more with every bite.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 165°C/145°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2 of 3
Place spinach in a heatproof bowl. Cover and microwave on high for 20 seconds or until wilted. Set aside for 5 minutes to cool. Add ricotta, tasty cheese and garlic. Stir to combine.
Step 3 of 3
Split croissants and place on tray. Spread the base of each croissant with ricotta mixture. Sandwich with croissant lids. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden and crisp. Serve.
