Creamy Porridge
- 1 1/2 cup Woolworths Rolled Oats
- 1/2teaspoons Woolworths cinnamon
- 2 1/2 cups Macro Organic oat milk
- 2tablespoons Woolworths 100% Canadian maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Woolworths Natural Greek Style yoghurt
Grilled Banana
- 2 banana, skin on, split down middle
- 2tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
To serve
- 4tablespoons Woolworths macadamia, roughly chopped
- 4tablespoons Macro Organic toasted coconut flakes
Warm Berry "sauce"
- 1 cup Woolworths frozen blueberries
- 1tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed

Method
Step 1 of 4
For the grilled banana, turn a bbq on a high heat with grill bars, brush the flesh of the banana with lemon juice. Place banana on bbq grill bars flesh side down and cook until caramelised and warmed through. Remove from grill and set aside until ready to serve.
Step 2 of 4
To make the Creamy Porridge: Add the Rolled Oats, oat milk and maple syrup to a medium saucepan. Place over low-medium heat and cook, stirring often, for 5-7 minutes until thick and creamy. Remove from the heat and stir through the yoghurt.
Step 3 of 4
To make the blueberry sauce, place a saucepan on the bbq, add blueberries to the saucepan with lemon juice and stir slowly till berries have melted down and sauce has thickened.
Step 4 of 4
Divide the Creamy Oats between two serving bowls. Pop the grilled banana out of the skin topping the porridge along with the blueberry sauce and spoon a mix of macadamia and coconut flakes.
