  • 190grams Woolworths all butter croissants
  • 2tablespoons caramel spread
  • 1/3 cup thickened cream, whipped
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 50grams dark chocolate, melted

Description

Indulge in breakfast bliss with these crispy, buttery croissants filled with gooey caramel, fresh sliced banana and thickened cream. They're easy to make and will kickstart your day with pure joy.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 165°C/145°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2 of 3

Split croissants and place on tray. Bake for 6 minutes or until golden and crisp.

Step 3 of 3

Spread the base of each croissant with caramel. Top with cream and banana. Sandwich with croissant lids. Drizzle with chocolate. Serve.
