Description
These bliss balls are the perfect afternoon snack for an energy boost and can be made in 10 minutes.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the walnuts in a food processor and blitz to a fine consistency.
Step 2 of 4
Add the almond butter, dates, ginger and vanilla and pulse until smooth. Add a dash of water if the mix looks too dry.
Step 3 of 4
With your hands, roll the dough into 9 even balls and place on the baking sheet. Place the desiccated coconut in a shallow dish roll the balls in the coconut to coat fully.
Step 4 of 4
Eat at room temperature or place the tray in the fridge to firm up for 10-20 minutes.
