- 2 cup medjool dates, pips removed
- 1/2teaspoons cinnamon
- 2tablespoons LSA
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup goji berries
- 70grams chia seeds (save 32g of chia seeds for rolling)

Method
Step 1 of 2
You literally throw everything into your food processor, then whizz it all up and form into little (or big) balls. You can add 1/4 of a cup of water if the mixture is too thick.
Step 2 of 2
Then get 4 bowls and pop your chia seeds in one, the coconut in another, the goji berries in another and the almonds in another, then you can pick and choose which casing you want to cover your little gems in, a combo looks great too. Then you can store them in the fridge or freezer. These guys make another great pressie! Happy ball rolling!
