- 1 medium banana, ripe, mashed
- 25grams prunes, pitted
- 1/2teaspoons vanilla
- 2tablespoons desiccated coconut, unsweetened

Description
These simple cocoa bliss balls are naturally sweet thanks to ripe banana, perfect for making with the kids.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2 of 4
Place the cashews and oats in a food processor and blitz to a coarse flour consistency. Add the almond butter, cocoa, banana, prunes and vanilla and pulse until smooth. Add a dash of water if the mix looks too dry.
Step 3 of 4
Place the desiccated coconut in a shallow dish and roll the dough into 12 balls with your hands and place on the baking tray. Roll the balls in the coconut to coat fully and place back on the tray.
Step 4 of 4
Place the tray in the fridge to firm up for 10-20 minutes.
