- 4tablespoons rolled oats
- 8tablespoons smooth peanut butter
- 2tablespoons desiccated coconut (to decorate)

Method

Place the almonds, apricots, oats, and peanut butter in a blender and whizz until combined.
Step 2 of 3
Turn the mixture out onto a clean work surface. With damp hands, shape the mixture into walnut-sized balls.
Step 3 of 3
Roll the balls in either desiccated coconut or cocoa powder. Store for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
