- 2 medium bananas, ripe
- 60grams spinach
- 160grams oats
- 2teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2teaspoons bicarbonate soda

Description
These vibrant green oat muffins make a fun addition to any lunchbox.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Line a muffin tin with cupcake cases or grease with a little bit of oil.
Step 2 of 4
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes until no spinach leaves remain and the mix is vibrant and completely smooth.
Step 3 of 4
Pour the batter into the muffin tin and bake for 22 minutes, until a skewer comes out clean.
Step 4 of 4
Remove from the oven and the muffin tin and allow to cool before serving.
