Description
These air-fryer tortellini dippers are sure to be a hit with their crispy outer shell and parmesan coating. Paired with a rich tomato dipping sauce, the dippers make entertaining easy.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Cook pasta following packet instructions. Drain.
Step 2 of 3
Whisk eggs in a bowl. Place parmesan in a separate bowl. Working in batches, dip pasta in egg then in parmesan to coat. Cook pasta, in 2 batches, in a single layer, in a 5L air fryer at 200°C for 10 minutes or until golden.
Step 3 of 3
Place pasta sauce in a small saucepan and bring to the boil over medium-high heat. Pour sauce into a bowl. Place pasta on a plate. Serve sprinkled with basil.
