- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
- 1 free range egg, lightly beaten
- 3 Shepard avocados, cut into wedges
- 5milliliter extra virgin olive oil cooking spray
- 1/4 bunch coriander, leaves picked
- 1/4 cup aioli
- 1 lime, cut into cheeks
Description
Satisfy savoury cravings with crunchy, parmesan-crusted avocado chips. This quick and easy air-fryer snack will impress guests.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Line a large plate with baking paper. Combine breadcrumbs and parmesan on a separate large plate. Place egg in a shallow bowl.
Step 2 of 4
Dip avocado in egg, then press into breadcrumb mixture to coat. Place on lined plate. Spray with oil.
Step 3 of 4
Cook avocado wedges in a 5L air-fryer basket lined with baking paper at 200°C, in 2 batches, for 5 minutes or until golden-brown and crispy.
Step 4 of 4
Place avocado chips on a serving tray. Sprinkle with coriander. Serve with aioli and lime.
