Description

Served with rich, velvety Nutella, these crispy crêpe rolls make a decadent treat for any occasion.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Blend flour, milk, 15g butter, sugar and egg together until smooth. Set mixture aside for 15 minutes.

Step 2 of 3

Heat a 24cm crêpe pan over medium heat and brush with a little of the remaining melted butter. Pour ⅓ cup batter into pan and tilt to cover the base. Cook for 1 minute each side and transfer to a plate. Repeat to make 4 crêpes.

Step 3 of 3

Fold each crêpe in half, then roll crêpes up. Serve with Nutella® and berries.
