Description

Pasta lovers rejoice. The perfect chip could very well be rigatoni tossed in olive oil and parmesan, then air fried and served with sour cream.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water according to packet instructions. Drain and transfer to a large bowl. Add oil and parmesan and toss to combine.

Step 2 of 2

Preheat air fryer to 180°C for 2 minutes. Working in 2 batches, cook pasta mixture in air fryer for 12 minutes, shaking halfway through cooking, or until golden. Transfer to a dish. Serve with sour cream topped with parsley.
