  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2teaspoons sriracha sauce
  • 50grams Danish-style feta, crumbled
  • 1/4 bunch coriander, leaves picked, roughly chopped

Looking for a delicious air-fryer recipe? Try these juicy corn on the cob wedges with feta and spicy sriracha sour cream for a scrumptious side or starter.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Cut ends of cobs to ensure a flat base. Working with 1 cob at a time, microwave on high on a microwave-safe plate, covered with paper towel for 1 minute to soften slightly. Place cob upright, with the largest base down, on a board and cut cob in half lengthways with a large, sharp knife. Cut each half into two wedges. Repeat with remaining cobs.

Step 2 of 4

Place corn, seasoning and oil in a large bowl. Rub to coat.

Step 3 of 4

Preheat an air-fryer to 200°C. Place half the corn in air-fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, tossing corn halfway through, or until corn is cooked through. Repeat with remaining corn.

Step 4 of 4

Place sour cream in a small bowl. Add sriracha sauce and swirl to combine. Place corn on a serving plate and sprinkle with feta and coriander. Serve with spicy sour cream.
