Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat air fryer to 180°C.

Step 2 of 4

Using hands, combine beef burgers, gherkins, sauce, mustard and cheese in a large bowl.

Step 3 of 4

Place 1 pastry sheet on bench with 1 corner pointing towards you. Place 1 slightly heaped tablespoonful of mince mixture in middle of pastry. Fold corner nearest to you over filling then roll up, folding in sides to enclose filling. Transfer to a tray and cover with a damp tea towel (see Tip). Repeat with remaining pastry sheets and mince mixture to make a total of 20 spring rolls.
Instruction tip
Tip:
Covering rolls with a damp tea towel prevents them drying out.

Step 4 of 4

Spray air-fryer basket with oil. Place half of the spring rolls in basket and spray with oil. Cook for 15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, or until golden and crisp. Repeat with remaining spring rolls. Serve spring rolls drizzled with extra tomato sauce and mustard.
