- 450grams Woolworths American bbq coleslaw
- 1kilograms frozen Australian corn cobs
- 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup whole egg mayonnaise (to serve)
- 1 lemon, cut into cheeks (to serve)

Instruction tip
Tip:Don’t have an air fryer? Place chicken on a baking paper-lined baking tray, then bake in an oven preheated to 200°C/180°C fan-forced for 30 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat air fryer to 180°C for 3 minutes. Place chicken in basket. Slide pan and basket into air fryer. Cook for 20 minutes, turning occasionally, or until golden and cooked through.
Step 2 of 4
Meanwhile, prepare coleslaw according to packet instructions. Season.
Step 3 of 4
Cook corn according to packet instructions.
Step 4 of 4
Place chicken on tray and scatter over onion. Serve with coleslaw, corn, mayonnaise and lemon cheeks.
