- 800grams Woolworths Cook potato baby herb & butter
- 175grams shortcut bacon, roughly chopped
- 350grams kaleslaw kit
Description
Use your microwave and air fryer to whip up speedy twice-cooked potatoes that are then tossed with bacon and kaleslaw. It's the ideal no-fuss potato salad.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Pierce potato packets several times with a small, sharp knife. Microwave on high for 6 minutes or until potatoes are just tender.
Step 2 of 3
Place potatoes and bacon in air-fryer basket and slide basket into air fryer. Cook for 12 minutes or until bacon is crisp and potato is light golden. Halve potatoes.
Step 3 of 3
Prepare kaleslaw according to packet instructions. Add bacon and potato, then toss to combine. Serve.
