Look no further for the perfect snack - these smoky, sweet nuts are cooked in an air fryer and ready to enjoy in just 15 minutes.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat a 7-litre air fryer to 150°C for 3 minutes.

Step 2 of 3

Whisk egg white in a large bowl until frothy. Stir in paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and sugar until combined. Add nuts. Stir to coat.

Step 3 of 3

Carefully pull out air-fryer pan and basket and place nuts in basket. Slide pan and basket back into appliance. Cook nuts for 4 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time, or until nuts are golden and toasted. Transfer to a tray to cool.
