- 1/2 cup continental parsley leaves, coarsely chopped
- 250grams Macro Organic bolognese chunky pasta sauce, warmed

Description
Turn ravioli into a clever snack with these cheesy air-fryer pasta chips. Served with a bolognese dipping sauce, it's a new and delicious way to enjoy pasta.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Cook ravioli in a saucepan of boiling, salted water according to packet instructions. Drain. Place ravioli, oil, parmesan and chilli in a large bowl and toss to combine.
Step 2 of 2
Working in 2 batches, place ravioli in air-fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, shaking every couple of minutes, or until golden. Transfer to a serving tray and scatter over extra parmesan and parsley. Serve with bolognese sauce.
