Baked Avocado Fries

- 1/3 cup plain flour
- 1 firm ripe avocado
- 2tablespoons dried moroccan seasoning mix
- 1/3 cup parmesan, finely grated
- 1/3 cup sesame seeds
- 1 egg, lightly whisked
- 10grams chilli sauce (to serve)
Method
Step 1 of 6
Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2 of 6
Place flour and egg into 2 separate bowls. Combine seeds, parmesan and spice mix into a 3rd bowl and rub together with fingertips to combine.
Step 3 of 6
Halve avocado and remove stone. Peel and cut each half into 6 wedges.
Step 4 of 6
Dust lightly with flour, shaking off excess. Dip into egg then coat with seed mixture. Lay onto baking tray and spray with oil.
Step 5 of 6
Bake for 10 minutes. Turn wedges over and bake for 5 minutes until golden.
Step 6 of 6
Serve with chilli sauce.
