- 1 pinch pepper (for seasoning)
- 200grams camembert
- 1/3 cup semi-dried tomatoes, roughly chopped

Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with foil. Place baking paper over foil.
Step 2 of 4
Slice camembert horizontally through the centre to form 2 rounds. Transfer to tray.
Step 3 of 4
Pile tomato and basil onto cut-side of 1 round. Season with salt and pepper. Place second round over (so that skin-side is facing up) to enclose. Wrap baking paper and foil around cheese.
Step 4 of 4
Bake Camembert for 15 minutes or until soft. Transfer to a plate. Serve with crackers.
