  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed, blanched
  • 1/2 bunch flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/2 cup parmesan, grated
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup blanched almonds

Method

Step 1 of 1

Finely chop asparagus, parmesan, almonds and parsley in a small food processor. Slowly add oil, with motor running, and process until smooth.
