Description

Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Combine chicken, paprika and cumin in a bowl.
Step 2 of 3
Place chicken and chickpeas on tray, drizzle with oil, season and bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Cover chicken loosely with foil and rest for 5 minutes. Thinly slice.
Step 3 of 3
Serve chicken and chickpeas with corn chips, carrot, tomato, spinach and yoghurt.
