  • 2 zucchinis
  • 2 peppers
  • 1 small tin of red kidney and chilli
  • 1 1/2 cup cooked rice
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 cup cheese
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 cup cooked peas

Zucchini and pepper recipe, a meatless meal.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Slice along zucchinis and slice along peppers. Cook for 10 minutes in water in a saucepan.

Step 2 of 5

When cool, take out middle of zucchinis and set aside.

Step 3 of 5

Mix a small tin of red kidney and chilli and add cup cooked rice.

Step 4 of 5

Cut up tomato and add half cup of peas and grated cheese and middle of zucchinis and grated carrot. Mix all together.

Step 5 of 5

Place mixture onto peppers and zucchinis. Place in oven 180 c cook for 15 minutes.
