  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled, 1 minced, 1 halved

  • 1teaspoons olive oil
  • 3tablespoons parsley, fresh, chopped
  • 320grams puff pastry, ready rolled
  • 1 pinch cracked black pepper

Description

Garlic mushrooms and artichoke hearts make a delicious, earthy filling for this quick puff pastry tart.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Pre-heat the oven to 200°C. Heat the butter and oil in a large pan on medium high heat and cook the mushrooms for 5 minutes, stir in the garlic, parsley and artichokes and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 2 of 3

Roll out the puff pastry into a large rectangle and score a border of 1cm. Spread the mushroom and artichoke filling in the middle of the border and season with black pepper.

Step 3 of 3

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until puffed up and golden.
