- 1/3 cup plain flour
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 1kilograms frozen crinkle cut chips (optional)
- 2/3 cup whole-egg mayonaise (to serve)
- 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cup Homebrand breadcrumbs

Method
Step 1 of 4
Cut chicken breast into 3cm chunks. Place breadcrumbs into a snap-lock bag. Place flour into one bowl and egg into another. Lightly dust the chicken pieces in the flour, dip into egg and add to bag with breadcrumbs. Seal bag tightly and shake to coat. Lay chicken on a plate.
Step 2 of 4
Heat oil in a large frying pan. Add chicken in batches and cook for 3-4 minutes each side until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towel.

Step 4 of 4
Serve with mayonnaise and chips.
