- 1 sourdough loaf
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce (or pasta sauce)
- 250grams light cream cheese
- 200milliliter light sour cream
- 1/3 cup tomatoes (or capsicums)
- 10 slices of salami
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1teaspoons dried italian herbs
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup olive oil

Method
Step 1 of 6
Preheat oven to 180c. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2 of 6
Cut top portion of the loaf and scoop out the flesh to leave a 2cm shell. Tear bread up into bite size pieces and add into a bowl with the olive oil and crushed garlic. Reserve a small amount of garlic oil.
Step 3 of 6
Brush inside of bread shell with the reserved garlic oil.
Step 4 of 6
MIx the cream cheese, sour cream, pizza sauce and tomatoes together in a bowl. Spoon 1/2 of this mixture into the bread shell.
Step 5 of 6
Add 1/2 the shredded cheese and salami into the remaining mixture and spoon into the bread shell.
Step 6 of 6
Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with herbs and bake for 30 mins or until dip is warm and bread is toasted.
