- 600grams white cooking chocolate
- 80grams pistachios
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 395grams sweetened condensed milk

Method
Step 1 of 4
Grease and line a 20x20cm square baking pan with baking paper. Set aside.
Step 2 of 4
Place chocolate and condensed milk into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for approximately three minutes, stirring after each minute, or until melted.
Step 3 of 4
Stir pistachios and cranberries through mixture, reserving half to sprinkle on top.
Step 4 of 4
Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle with reserved pistachios and cranberries. Refrigerate for two hours before cutting into squares to serve.
