Description
This festive no-bake slice is as satisfying as it looks. Glacé cherries, almonds, sultanas, coconut and rice bubbles are encased in a slab of white chocolate, making a scrumptious sweet treat.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Step 2 of 3
Press mixture evenly into a foil lined 18x28cm lamington pan. Refrigerate overnight or until set.
Step 3 of 3
Cut into slices to serve. Store covered in refrigerator.
