- 1 sheet puff pastry, slightly defrosted
- 1/3 cup honey
- 18 tinned apricot halves
- 2tablespoons picked thyme leaves, to serve
Description
Delight loved ones with this easy-to-make morning or afternoon-tea treat. These upside-down apricot and honey pastries will hit the spot.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2 of 3
Cut sheet into six equal rectangles.
Step 3 of 3
Drizzle ¼ cup honey in six separate areas of the tray, leaving space between each honey spot. Place 3 apricot halves, cut side up, on top of each honey spot. Cover each set of apricots with a piece of pastry. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Flip over. Sprinkle with thyme leaves and drizzle with remaining honey. Serve.
